Groupe M??talia was established in 2005 by our Managing Director Guillaume RABOURDIN. We are specialised in industrial subcontracting. Our head office is based near Nantes in western France. Our production units are spread all over the west of France. Our 7 subsidiaries cover an overall of 400 persons for an annual turnover of 30M??. Each of our Unit has full responsibility for production of its product lines, giving improved reactivity and commitment by all our teams. Our strength is to stand as a company network offering an overall solution to your supply demands thanks to the know-how of our production units. We provide complementary activities through our subsidiaries?? synergy. Our aim is to offer complete services, from study to carrying out prototypes and series works. Our production means, diversified equipments and competences together with our technical know-how enable us to study and carry out complex projects to meet our customers?? requests. Our activity is divided into 4 complementary departments: high precision machining, boiler works and welding parts manufacturing, cutting-stamping, and surface??s treatment. HIGH PRECISION SCREW MACHINING - TURNING ?V MILLING : DMA and AUS provide high precision machining. Medium series (500 - 1000 units / months) for complexity parts and small series for high precision parts. High precision complex/technical parts completely finished. Manufacturing and assembling of complete sub-assembly. (Treatment and Finishing). BOILER WORKS & WELDING PARTS MANUFACTURING : AMS is dedicated to industrial boiler works, welding, rolling painting. They provide pressure tanks, large capacities exchanger for industrial cold and water filtering (drinkable & pool) as well as sheet welding vessels. Special materials Cupro-Nickel. Ultra sound, X ray control. Engineering manufacturing drawings. CODAP calculation. CUTTING ?V STAMPING ?V SHEET METAL MANUFACTURE : ACIEROC is a sheet metal manufacture specialized in stainless-steel boilers works and also provides any type of work from covered steel, aluminium and titanium. SODEL is dedicated to transforming sheet metal: cutting and stamping, press tooling manufacturing. They provide stamped metal parts up to 6x150/150 mm. Full service from prototype to large series (10000 Units /Day). Integrated press tooling manufacturing. Copper alloys knowledge SURFACE TRAITEMENT : SATS is specialized in restoration and retrial of pressure vessels and surface treatment of industrial parts especially industrial & medical gases, diving vessels, LGP vessels and Vessels racks. They provide Degreasing phosphate enclosure for surface treatment. OUR RESEARCH DEPARTMENT : Groupe Metalia regards competitive technology as a key element of its business strategy, both to meet the quality and efficiency expectations of its customers and to achieve its own production targets.
