The Tadir-Gan / ORTAL Group manufactures products in three alloys: Magnesium, Aluminum and Zinc, using High Pressure Die Casting processes, while creating a full synergic cooperation and enhanced capabilities, since the group relies on more than 30 years of experience and 4 industrial sites located in Israel and Turkey. Main strengths: - High engineering for the Automotive and Industrial areas - Full range of services to fulfill client demands - Full customer support Early & continuous engineering involvement in design & process development Dedicated secondary operations solutions (machining, assembly, surface treatments). - Product continuous improvement & optimization. - Sales offices & warehouses abroad, at each significant sales destination Design services: - CAD Modeling (3D) - Final modeling and 2D drawing. - Analysis of product geometry and structure - CAD systems: Catia 5, PRO-E, UG, Cimatron and more. - FEA - Finite Element Analysis - Rapid prototypes, ??Soft-tool??. - Flow material simulation by MAGMA (die filling and solidification) Annual capacities : - Aluminum = up to 5,500 tons - Magnesium = up to 1800 tons - Zinc = up to 4,000 tons Diecasting machines : - Aluminum = 14 machines (380t ?V 1800t) - Magnesium = 10 machines (200t ?V 1400t) - Zinc = 14 machines (20t ?V 220t) Automated die casting machines linked to production lines of : - Trimming, tumbling and sandblasting - Modern CNC machining centers - Automated assembly lines Quality certifications : - ISO 9001:2000 - ISO TS 16949 - ISO 14001:2004
