MOLDENE ?V Ind??stria de Moldes Lda, founded in October 1983 is a modern company which looks to the future. Our facilities have a total covered area of 3.000 m2. We dispose of the most modern equipment with the newest technologies allowing us to please the most demanding Customers both in terms of lead time as on quality. We have 50 employees with high specialisation whose continuous professional training is hold as one of the main company priorities. Moldene has the capacity to make moulds up to 18 tons with max. dimensions of 1800x1500x1200mm. Our production is 100% for exportation mainly for the Automotive, Electrical/Electronics, Houseware, Packaging industries,... At the project department we have specialised technicians linked by a computer network. We dispose of 3D surface modelling, solids, 2D drawing and Moldflow software. We can receive files in several formats such as: STP, PRT, CATIA, IGES, VDA, DXF, DWG and parasolids. Our mouldshop is equipped with high technology such as: High Speed CNC milling centres, CNC milling machines, wire cut and CNC EDM machines, spotting machines,... Our employees have a large experience and specialization in mouldmaking. Moldene has a wide range of equipment allowing us to carry out all the necessary operations for the mouldmaking. Moldene has a quality control department equipped with 3D measuring machines in order to control all the dimensions on plastic and steel parts as well as on electrodes. On the year 2000 Moldene started its activity of plastic injection moulding. Since then it has acquired knowledge and experience on this area particularly on plastic injection moulding trials and on the production of plastic parts in small series. To perform these trials and production of parts our plastic injection department with a total covered area of 750 m2 is equipped with 6 plastic injection machines of 35Ton, 110Ton, 210T bi-injection, 300Ton, 550Ton bi-injection and 830Ton. Moldene is an ISO9001:2008 certified company.
